The Studio was born out of a need for a space in the Byron Shire for those of us who don't fit into the "Byron yoga scene". The Studio @ Be Well is a safe and welcoming space for any-body to come and experience all these classes have to offer without judgement, pressure or stigma. Yep! Rock up in your trackies. All our teachers are qualified, registered teachers and hold your best interests at heart. The core foundation of what we do is always supporting bodies and minds back to wellbeing.
Mens Yoga Monday Nights 6.30pm
A tailored yoga class for men only. Focusing on an all over body stretch, an unwind and release of tension in areas typically held in a mens body. This class was designed as a safe space for men to come and work on themselves and their bodies free of judgement.
Gentle Yoga Tuesday Mornings 9am
Created with the frail or injured body in mind this class is suited to over 50's, anybody who hasn't ever tried yoga before or those recovering from injury. Being the gentle flow that it is this morning class is well suited to a body long lived in. Focusing on gentle strengthening and relaxation this class will support natural daily movement of the body.
Thursday Evenings 5.30pm
This class is one for all. Focusing on an all over body workout and stretch, combined with relaxation this beginners class is a great place to start for those who are able bodied but new to yoga or not regular yogis.
Sunday Mornings 8am
Sunday mornings are a class for everybody. The perfect way to start your Sunday with a clear mind and healthy body. Focusing on an all over body workout and stretch, combined with relaxation. You wont regret this Sunday sesh.
